Where’s my order?
Please refer to the order confirmation emailed to you when the order was placed which includes dates for dispatch and delivery. Remember to check your junk folder if this has not arrived in your inbox.
Where does my card payment refund go?
Any refund will be made back to the original card your payment was taken from, this may take up to 28 days.
I am having payment problems
Please refer to your card provider, unless this is a technical difficulty with our website. You can contact us to advise of any issues here
What is your return policy?
Any gift packaging we create is unique to you and therefore can only be returned if faulty. For further info on how we process and manage returns, then please refer to our Terms and Conditions which you can view here:
I’ve forgotten my log in details
Your login will be your email address, if you have forgotten your password click on the “forgotten password” button and a reset password email will be sent to you.
How can I view my order history?
Login to your account and click on the previous orders option.
How do I get a VAT receipt?
Your order confirmation emailed to you when the order was placed includes our VAT number on it and is also your invoice / VAT receipt.

Enter any voucher or promotion code in the check out before payment.

Can I reorder a previous order?
Yes, just log-in to your account and view previous orders and click on the reorder button.
What is your delivery information?
It takes a little time for us to create and print your order as it’s bespoke to you. Please allow 4 days before final despatch when ordering your unique gift packaging. Please view our delivery charges here: and a full run down of our delivery information here:
How long will it be before I hear from customer services?
We aim to answer your questions as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 48 hours Monday - Friday. Any queries submitted over the weekend or over national bank holidays, will be subject to the 48 hours once we are open again.
